About Me

I am a tobacco enthusiast and have an appreciation of all things relating to the ‘gentle art’ of pipe smoking.  Academically, I trained as an economist, however my working background is as varied as the tobaccos that I smoke.  My interests apart from tobacco include music, such as Goldfrapp, Lady Black Mambazo, The Cramps, 80’s Hardcore Punk Rock like Black Flag, Henry Rollins, Jello Biafra, The Dead Kennedys, SST Records, The Descendents, Ska like the Specials, Two Tone.

I love all forms of cinema most notably Almodovar.  I enjoy the crackle of music output from a turntable hooked on my Grado RS1 headphones on tube amps….with latakia on my pipe and a bottle of red.  Bliss.
